Michael W. McLaughlinMichael McLaughlin is a twenty+ year veteran of the consulting industry with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and service delivery. He is a former partner with Deloitte Consulting, one of the world's largest consulting firms, where he spent more than two decades marketing, selling, and delivering services to clients, managing consulting practices, and mentoring consultants. Having sold and delivered more than $300 million in professional services, McLaughlin knows the market-tested elements every marketing strategy must have to maximize the chances of winning work. McLaughlin is the author of Winning the Professional Services Sale, which offers professional service providers, business development managers, and firm leaders a comprehensive set of strategies to identify, qualify, and close any services sale. He's also the coauthor of Guerrilla Marketing for Consultants, which is the first application of Guerrilla Marketing to the professional services business, and covers marketing, selling, pricing, proposal writing, and client relationship management. He is the founder and a principal of MindShare Consulting, LLC, which specializes in helping professional services providers improve the performance and profitability of their businesses.
